  • Vertical preferences — your selected research domains (e.g., fusion, mental health, AI).
  • Payment information — collected and processed securely by Stripe. We never store card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage analytics — anonymous page views and interaction data to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Sending daily and weekly research digests based on your vertical preferences.
  • Processing payments and managing your subscription.
  • Improving the quality of our AI analysis and platform experience.
  • Communicating important service updates and changes.

3. No Selling of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your information is used solely to operate and improve DeepScience.

4. Data Storage

  • Supabase (EU) — subscriber data, preferences, and digest content are stored on Supabase-hosted Postgres databases in the European Union.
  • Stripe (PCI compliant) — payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Delete — Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Export — Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Rectify — Correct inaccurate personal data.
